The Riad Karmela is a 3 star boutique riad in the Azbetz area in the centre of the Medina in Marrakech. This 19 room riad was originally built in 1850 but has a modern Moroccan styling and décor. In tradition with most Riad’s the rooms look inwards to the courtyard where there is a small pool where you can take a dip to cool off from the heat of the city. Located on 2 floors the riad is spilt in two buildings with 3 courtyards where you can enjoy some peace and shade – one of the courtyards has a plunge pool. There is also a roof terrace, perfect for some sunbathing during the day and enjoying dinner as dusk falls over the city.
