The Riad Al Jazira is a 4 star hotel in Sidi Ben Sliman area of the Medina in Marrakech. The area has many historic and religious buildings to explore. Don’t be too disappointed with the uninspiring entrance as you will learn very quickly in Marrakech that behind large wooden doors lie some absolute gems. Originally 3 separate riads now combined as one contemporary 15 room hotel located around 3 courtyard patios. Each individually decorated room opens up to the courtyard. Despite it’s slightly larger than average riad the hotel still retains an intimate feel. One of the courtyard patios houses the pool – a whole 25 square metres of swimming pool to be exact. After a day exploring the medina head for the haman to ease those weary limbs.
