The Hotel Rural Las Longueras is located at the foot of the mountains close to the village of Agaete and dates back to 1895. The Hotel Rural Las Longueras has a rich and colourful history, as colourful as the hotel itself which is also known as “Las Casa Roja” (The Red House). Originally owned by a wealthy nobleman who married an English girl and this is where they set up home. The building has a very colonial feel with many English influences. The hotel very much feels like a home from home with original photos on the walls from the family dating back over 100 years. The rural setting makes this an idyllic setting for relaxing or exploring the beautiful green landscape and valleys on foot, in the car or on a bike – Grand Canaria has something for anyone looking for outdoor sports, activity and adventure.
Back at the hotel enjoy the beautiful seeing of the swimming pool with views across the valley. The grounds of the hotel are home to Royal Pam Trees, avocado trees, orange trees, mango trees and a papaya farm
There are just 10 rooms at the Hotel Rural Las Longueras each individually styled but true to the traditions of Gran Canaria.
